A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 30+ days before the event receive a full refund minus the deposit. Within 14 days, 50% of the balance is retained. Within 7 days, the full amount is non-refundable.

We proudly serve Naples, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers and all surrounding Southwest Florida areas. Travel fees may apply beyond a 30-mile radius.

Yes. Our Platinum and Wedding packages include full setup, service, and cleanup. Setup/cleanup can be added to any package.
